Holiday Foraged Cocktails.png

Join mother and daughter team, Heidi Bohan- native plant specialist, and Dea Allgood, mixology maven for this fun and delicious class, sampling cocktails made from ingredients we make from foraged ingredients. We are delighted to be partnered up with Seward Park Audubon Center to offer this class which highlights the unique ways in which native and wild foraged plants can be used in creative ways.

We’ll help you get ready for the holidays with ideas for seasonal cocktails and gifts for your friends and family! We’ll learn about the native and wild plants autumn offers us for our seasonal foraging, and then we’ll use them to create classic cocktail ingredients including bitters, tonic water and fruit garnishes, as well as for ‘batch cocktails’ perfect for parties. This class is interactive with sampling and hands-on demonstrations throughout, and we’ll end with a ‘happy hour’ in the historic manor enjoying classic cocktails with a wild-foraged twist. You’ll take home recipes and your own bottle of holiday-themed bitters, our gift to you!
